[attr="class","des-container2"] Battle of the Nardah Wetlands - Turn 4 Resolution - [attr="class","des"] The water level has seemingly stopped rising for the time being. As of now, the water is deep enough to restrict movement (Except for camel riders of varying kinds) and also allows the crocodiles to attack en-mass. The Crocs, despite their lower numbers, had a huge stealth advantage, and managed to take out 30 men from every platoon in the water. Luckily, by the turns end all of your troops made it to high ground. The Cultists forces are dwindling fast, and your many attacks in the water has stirred up the crocodiles enough to make them lose some of their element of surprise. [attr="class","des-container2"] Battle of the Nardah Wetlands - Turn 5 Resolution - [attr="class","des"] The final altar bursts with blue flames, and the water level begins to rise slowly again. By turns end, the water has risen enough to slow down movement on even the higher platforms, but not high enough for the crocodiles to attack. Though it appears you don't have long until it gets deep enough for the crocodiles to swim freely! You successfully rally your troops for this final stand, as the cultists are rallied by the supposed power of Elidnis. [attr="class","des-container2"] Battle of the Nardah Wetlands - Turn 6 Resolution - [attr="class","des"] The cult leader laughs maniacally as he shoots down your camel mages from his higher vantage point. The water continues to rise, and the blood from the various fallen begins tainting it a dark red. The cultists to the North, their faith beginning to shake, desperately swim to the North, hoping for a chance of reprieve. Your crossbowmen shoot wildly at the rising tides. It's still not quite high enough for the crocodiles to attack, but as evident from the blood rising to the surface, they're not waiting idly by! Your camel riders prepare for their final attack. [attr="class","des-container2"] Battle of the Nardah Wetlands - Finale - [attr="class","des"] You troops high-tail it out of the area as fast as they can at the order of Jamir. When they've reached as far as they could, they hear the rising of not one giant beast from the depths, but a great many small creatures at once. Upon tuning around, Jamir is shocked to see what has appeared. Standing at the base of the altar was 1000 women riding hippos and holding javelins at the ready. In the middle of the group stands the apparent leader, riding a highly decorated hippo and wearing more intricate armor. Jumi laughs at this prospect, and quickly conjures a blast of water magic to throw at her. As the water bolt flies forward, it is pierced through the center by a powerful javelin, which impales the cultist in the head. The remaining cultists at his side try to fight back, but are thoroughly outmatched by the riders, and end up surrendering. The riders turn to Jamir. Yes, well, discuss it in the turn post, because we do not have time. ... ...OH! Yeah! Congratulations! You've gained the region of Nardah Wetlands! You gain 5,000 wood, 3,000 Metal, and 2,000 Cloth. As well as-OWWW!! Who thew this book at me!? Huh? Oh! Sorry, you gain 10,000 wood, 6,000 Metal, and 4,000 Cloth! My mistake. On top of all this, you gain a cloth modifier of +200. The Battle of Banditlands - (1/7)
Men, Brigadier Diyarditi has informed me of the situation. The Monkeys were plotting to attack our capital, and once we marched in to prevent the invasion, they burned their own village and accused us. Now, they wish to make peace, in order to avoid our justice! Let it be known that all land under the gaze of Tumeken is subject to his law, and these monkeys are sentenced to death by our hand.
Knights and Ugthanki Riders are to proceed first. Let the Monkeys not know we’re coming, so they will not flee consequences a second time. We’re going across the sands. I’ll be proceeding with the Bombardier corps, both my veterans and my recruits, and we’l be proceeding behind the cavalry. The Mages, Archers, and Cannons will be proceeding behind us. Once again, we shall stay out of the range of the outposts.
As for the Navy, survey the coast. If there is any real fortifications, I want to know about them.
And we do this to dispense justice to all who walk upon the Gods’ Sands. In their holy names, we pray for justice. The Battle for Banditlands - (2/7)Mages, you will be spending tomorrow cleaning all other mens' armor. They better have mirror-polish, or you will continue being the designated armor-polishers for the next year.
Very well, then, now we do not have to bend over backwards to make it to the keep, and they still do not know of our fleet on the way. We still have a clear advantage, men.
Let’s cut across the sands. Ugthanki Riders are to proceed at fully speed to find out what lies south, and the ships shall seek out a good landing area, and any coastal enemies.

The Battle for Banditlands - (3/7)
Providence! Excellent! Men, stand firm at the walls, but stay out of range of the Archers. We’re reassembling our force.
Meanwhile, ships, you shall need to land. You’re moving through the unprotected location, so that all troops, which shall disembark, can enter the fortress. Then, we take the hold from the both inside and out. Unfortunately, only so many ships can disembark at a time, so we shall begin in batches of six ships. All others are to wait for their turn to disembark.

The Battle for Banditlands - (4/7)
LORD MAR’OOK, YOU ARE CHARGED WITH FRATRICIDE, GENOCIDE, PLOTTING TO ATTACK THE EAST GIELINOR TRADING COMPANY! I ASK FOR YOUR SURRENDER, WHERE YOU WILL BE TAKEN PRISONER AND TRIED BEFORE THE BOARD OF SEVEN. IF YOU DO NOT COOPERATE, YOUR SENTENCE WILL BE DEATH, AND CONFISCATION OF ALL LANDS!
Ahem… Men, ready up. I will assume that these heinous monkeys will spout some more lies and slander, and then attempt to kill us. In the meantime, our ships shall finish their disembarkation, and the recently disembarked troops should prepare to seize the fortress.
To our gods we pray, so that our hand can be swift and our deception may be forgiven. The Battle for Banditlands - (5/7)
Men, the monkeys have chosen death. May we rain it down upon them.
All Bombardiers, to me! Attack the walls. The combined 600-odd of us should be able to whittle it down from beneath them, and we’ll see how agile they are! The Cannons, Archers, and Mages will all blast them down from their walls. We’ll kill them all before they can kill us.
Meanwhile, Western forces, infiltrate the Fortress. We’ll take them from both sides.
Oh, and cavalry. Prepare to push through the breach we’re making.
Men, we deliver justice upon these crooks. Let it be swift, and let it be ruthless. Amen.

The Battle for Banditlands - (6/7)
My Veteran Bombardiers, we shall pull back. We've been targeted exclusively on this day, and I don't intend to be a monkey's pincushion just yet.
As for my recruits, keep throwing at the Archers on the wall, and blasting down the walls themselves! We can take them out yet. The Cannons will continue the bombardment of the wall, while the other archers aid in your fight.
Meanwhile, Western Forces, Prepare to fight, and take the walls. The Cavalry is coming, and I want the walls to ourselves.

Gaaah... another monkey trick! Mages, Archers, you are to CLIMB the walls! You're within the fortress! Surely there must be a way UP to the walls! In the name of Tumeken, get your asses up there!
Archers with my Bombardier Recruits, I want you to blast down those remaining 100 enemy rangers. The Cannons will blast at them as well. As for the Bombardier Recruits and the mages... to the underworld with the walls. Blast down the gates. The Knights will continue their charge.

Turn 1/7
Seems to be a lot of them there Stomps as you call them. And You were not poking fun at them either. Big dolts we
got there, and you said they can hit us from a distance? with rocks from beyond the rift or something? ok, al move my
men up to form up with yours and we will see if we can get the runts to come to us and take then out nice and easy.
Horsemen, Make your steeds stomp, hopefully the runts will come to investigate then noise and we can take them out.
Archers and mages, fire at will when and if they approach. Don't overdue it, last thing we want is the runts running away
to where we cant kill them, and bring much bigger friends against us.Hopefully our resurrected soldiers will provide a
decent distraction to the large Stomps when we launch our attack on
Them.

[attr="class","zim-container2"] Battle for Viggora's Folly - Round 2 - [attr="class","zim"] You advance down the tunnel, and your cavalrymen obediently stomp their feet, and make as much noise as possible. This turned out to be a bad idea. You see, the Stomps were looking elsewhere at the time. It seems your arrival coincided with a completely separate event, but what, you cannot say. Your cavalry alerted the stomps to your presence. As such, they shot a powerful spell from their maws at you. The good news is, it seems that you're, for the most part out of their range. They can reach 5 tiles, apparently. The Bad news is, some of the beastslaying spearmen got caught in the magic, and now only 6 remain at L15. Oops. You also see an entourage of 30 Bulwark Beasts up ahead. There appears to be something really big coming behind it.
